Items purchased from Jaro Bedding are eligible for full refund or exchange under these conditions:
1) A Return Authorization must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order. Please email us via contact form or FB page.
2) Merchandise must be returned within 10 days. Please ensure returned item is packaged safely, as we will not accept damaged returns.
3) Merchandise must be in 100% new condition, not worn, altered nor washed.
4) Please note shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
